When filling out the google form below, please add ALL items you wish to order to your submission. When filling out the form, select just the box of the amount you would like, not all of the boxes leading up to that amount. For example, if I wanted 3 Small Faulkner SLP T-shirts, I would not mark the "1, 2, and 3" boxes, I would just mark the "3" box in the Small row.
ONLINE STUDENTS: If you purchase items and would like us to ship them to you, we are more than happy to ship them to you once they are received, but there will be an additional shipping fee on top of your merch total. This is a staggered fee based on # of items purchased, with a max total of $15.00. See below for those prices:
1 item=$5.00 shipping fee
Each additional item=$1.00 shipping fee
Max shipping fee=$15.00
If you are planning on being in the Montgomery area around the start of the semester in September, we can hold your order and you can pick it up at your convenience.
You can use Faulkner's online payment portal to pay for what you purchase. Under "Payment Description," you will select "SLP Student Apparel Purchase." This is IMPORTANT. Please do not select any other description or "other " and type in something on your own. Marking it the correct way helps the funds go in the appropriate location for this specific purpose. The link is below, as well on the "Important Link" tab on the site.
**You will not be able to pick up your items or have them shipped to you until payment has been received.**
