All students in the Online Cohort will have to participate in a MANDATORY on-ground immersion week between their Summer 1 and Fall 2 semesters.  This will include all types of activities, from taking Comprehensive Exams to hands-on activities to reinforce learning from didactic courses completed in the first 3 semesters.

Immersion Week Dates: July 21st-25th (there are activities all day the 25th, but they will be completed by 5:00, at which point immersion week is done)

Comprehensive Exam: July 21st (begins at 8:30)

Comprehensive Exam Retake: July 24th (begins at 5:30)

**It is recommended that you make plans to arrive in Montgomery on Sunday the 20th. Your Comprehensive Exam begins promptly Monday morning the 21st, so you want to ensure you are settled in Montgomery by that evening and able to get a good nights rest**
