Students are required to upload proof of 25 hours of completed observation hours by August 2. Documentation in the form of a letter from a student's clinic director, program director, or a print out from master clinician are considered acceptable forms of proof.  Students should watch the "enter guided observation hours" and the "enter guided observation hours and upload documentation" videos for these instructions.
