Tier 1 Instruction
Classroom teachers be provided with professional development to implement targeted literacy strategies across all subject areas to support low socioeconomically disadvantaged students, English learners, and foster youth in developing essential reading and writing skills. Teachers will be provided with time and support to have data teams to reflect on Tier 1 practices and for instructional planning.
Priority 2A: Implementation of state board adopted academic content and performance standards for all students
Priority 2B: How programs and services will enable ELs to access the CCSS and ELD standards for purposes of gaining academic content knowledge and English language
