Purchase Order Instructions
Add a separate line item for each requested course.
Enter Parent-led as the item number.
Include the following information in each course description:
Course name
Section A or Section B
Parent's name
Parent's email address
If the student has an IEP, include the case manager’s name in the PO notes or within the course description.
