Excel Teacher-Led (ETL) Courses

Excel Teacher-Led (ETL) courses are hybrid, partnership classes that can be chosen a la carte as a student’s curriculum method. 

Students attend class twice weekly to learn essential content and complete extension activities. The lessons are taught and graded by Excel teachers, and parents are responsible for monitoring pacing and helping with asynchronous work. 

ETL ORDERING INFORMATION

• Flexpoint Global Cloud: One-time universal fee of $172.95

• eDynamic: $90 each semeste 

• ETL Provider Fee: $225 Per course per semester

Fall Ordering

• Order “Flexpoint Global Cloud” curriculum for all ETL courses except CTE Medical (eDynamic), CTE Photo (no curriculum/Canvas only), and Leadership (no curriculum/Canvas only).

• Create a separate PO for the ETL virtual teacher cost for first-semester courses. Each course is $225.

• This includes both high school and grades 7–8 ETL courses and all CTE courses.

Spring Ordering

• Order “Flexpoint Global Cloud” curriculum for all ETL courses except CTE Medical (eDynamic), CTE Photo (no curriculum/Canvas only), and Leadership (no curriculum/Canvas only).

  • • Flexpoint Global Cloud: One-time universal fee of $0

    •  eDynamic: $90  Per course, Per semster

    • ETL Provider Fee: $225 Per course per semester

• If Flexpoint was purchased in the fall, zero out the order. This is required for Student Services to enroll the student in spring courses.

• Create a separate PO for the ETL virtual teacher cost for second-semester courses. This includes both high school and grades 7–8 ETL courses. Each course is $225.

• The student will be rostered in Canvas through the specific curriculum added to the student.
