Procedures

Homework/Late Work: It is important for your learning to get assignments turned in on time. I understand that life happens. With that being said, I will accept late work for full points ONE week after the original due date. In extreme cases, assignments can be turned in on a date that is decided upon by student and teacher.

Absences: If you are absent, please check your email as I will send you an outline of what we accomplished in class for that day. If you plan on being absent for a prolonged amount of time, notify me and I will give you the materials that are needed either in person or through email.

Plagiarism: All work that is submitted by a student must be completed on their own merit. That is, the students work should BE the students work. Papers will be run through a plagiarism checker. When using sources, make sure that you are giving them the proper credit for their work. To do that, you must cite in MLA format AND have a work cited page. Those that have plagiarized, will receive an automatic F. No excuses.
