Course description from the syllabus.
This course explores ways that educators can address the diverse strengths and needs of students in today’s classrooms by developing and utilizing a instructional framework based on current information and practice related to differentiating instruction and universal design for learning. A focus of the course will be the use of existing and emerging technologies to assist and support the success of all students, including students with disabilities.

Ecosystems Summative Assessment - Energy Web Model
This is a lesson that I built to teach sixth-grade students about natural energy webs. The model is supposed to be made as a poster either on paper or using Google Draw. Then the explanation can be done as a paragraph, an audio recording, or as a video using either Screencastify or WeVideo. This gives students multiple choices of what modality they would like to use to answer the essential question.

This extensive slide deck is designed as a Professional Development presentation for the staff at EWSD to show them 5 tech tools that we already have available to all the teachers in the district that are not being used to their potential.
