Grade 1
Fundations
The Fundations program is used throughout the K-2 grade levels and can be extended to grade 3. It builds students skills with spelling, reading, and comprehension through phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension strategies. Fundations lessons hold a variety of activities that promote these skills through multisensory learning. The program has recently been altered in order to reflect the Common Core.
