This club will assist you in developing your idea/pitch to be entered into a competition at the University of Evansville. Who won two years ago?---New Tech Institute. Our two student competitors are now attending UE with a full-ride, renewable four-year scholarship.
New Tech's Teen Power Club promotes the TEENPOWER lifestyle year-round through prevention service projects and drug-free activities.
Student Council meets on Friday mornings in the hallway intersection near the office, 7:00-7:30, to sell healthy snacks as a fundraiser for Riley Hospital for Children. Student Council exists to raise money and collect donations for charitable organizations, and it is not the same group as the student government. If you would like to join the Student Council, please let Mrs. Bowden know. New Tech continues to be a Red Wagon Booster School for Riley Hospital, thanks to all of your support with our fundraisers! New Tech Navigators: What are Navigators? Navigators is a way for you to help the incoming freshmen. Before school starts, you will be asked to come in one day for freshman orientation with games and activities. You will lead a group of 6-9 kids and help them get to know their class to help them ease into the first day. This year, we are doing things a little differently and making it a club!
