This opening session introduced the Children's Agenda initiative by the Kent County Local Management Board. The goal of these series of community conversations is to create a list of goals and strategies that will guide the effort and monetary investment of the Kent County Local Management Board. 

During this session we presented the findings from knocking over 1,000 doors in Chestertown. We invited the local community and other Chestertown experts to identify important community topics and priorities for the next five conversations.
