New Student Registration
Steps for Enrollment
Requirements:
Proof of Residency in Mountain View High School boundaries, ie. Utility bill, rental agreement, etc.
Immunization records, plus medically verifiable backup
Transcript, Academic History or Grade Report from previous school years.
Parent/Guardian must sign all registration forms where signature is requested.
Register from any computer using the New Student Online Enrollment Application.
Once the application is complete, you will be notified of any documentation needed to complete the application. Once all documentation is submitted, your Counselor will contact you to set up the student's schedule. See the Forecast/Course Selection sheets below.
