Family & Community Resource Center @ EHS

Our new Family & Community Resource Center is located across from the attendance office.  It is a place that works with any student or family to break down barriers to academic success and help navigate community resources. Students and families are welcome to come at anytime during school hours to access food, clothing, personal hygiene and school supplies.

Mckinney-Vento HEART (Hope, Equity, Access, Resilience, Thrive) Program

Under the guidance of the Mckinney-Vento Act, Evergreen Public Schools supports students who find themselves in housing situations that are temporary or transitional and have become homeless. Contact your counselor to get connected to this program and click the link below for more details.

We are excited to announce that our new school-based health clinic is now open! Evergreen Public Schools and SeaMar Community Health Centers are partnering together to offer our community a full-service health clinic (including immunizations) located on our campus for our students and our community.

The new health clinic will be accessible to all of our community (staff, students, parents, and families) by appointment as well as walk-in, and they are now accepting new patients and booking appointments. Before they are able to see or treat any students, this General Consent Form.pdf  must be completed and provided to the clinic office

The clinic is located on the West side of our building in room 212 and 213 near the bus loading zone and access to the clinic will be from the outside of the building only. Please DO NOT enter the school to access the clinic. This is both for safety of our students as well as efficiency. We have  parking spots in our visitor parking lot specifically for the clinic and signs that will guide you to the entrance.

If you have any questions about the clinic or would like to book an appointment, you can reach them directly at 360-726-6550.
