During academic school year, you can receive a copy from the Counseling Center. During summer months, please use the link below to request an official transcript.
An unofficial transcript looks nearly the same, but cannot be used as a formal record. If you would like an unofficial transcript, you can ask your school counselor at any time for a paper or .PDF copy.
Use this form to indicate a college, university or program to which you would like your final records sent and it will be sent out after semester grades are finalized.
Please be precise and double check that you are transcribing addresses correctly as EHS is not responsible for double checking this information and will send the transcript exactly as entered. You will fill out this form again for each address (college, university, or program) you would like a transcript sent to.
