Who We Are
LNESC Upward Bound (UB) is a FREE college preparatory program that works with 60 low income, first generation high school students in the Evergreen and Vancouver School Districts. LNESC Upward Bound focuses on helping students develop the skills needed for college success as well as encouraging our students to enroll in and graduate from college.

Six-week summer program: 4 weeks at WSU Vancouver Facilitated by MESA focused on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), 1 week of Mt. St. Helens outdoors school and ecology camp, 1 week of Asian/Pacific Islander cultural experiences
Student Academic Stipends
Assistance with enrollment in Summer Residential College Programs for Juniors
Transition to College classes for Seniors
