Pre and Post Student Surveys & Teacher Feedback Survey

These surveys allow us to track impact and assist with our ability to acquire funding for this program to be free of charge to all students who participate.
The surveys are also shared with the district, which utilizes the teacher survey to track feedback and program involvement per classroom.

The completion of these surveys promptly heavily influences the program and its ability to continue for years to come.

Pre-Program Student Survey

This survey is to be completed by students before the implementation of lesson plans provided by the district in alignment with the PBL being introduced this year.

Post-Fieldwork Student Survey

This survey is to be completed by students between the completion of the Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve field trip and the completion of the PBL.

Post-Program Teacher Feedback Survey

This survey is to be completed by ALL teachers implementing this program after the completion of the PBL.
