Have students complete the Post-Program Student Survey within 1 week of the final field trip date.
Have students journal in their notebook, if they haven't already!

Facilitate a discussion and debrief what students discovered about our watershed while visiting the creek in it's natural state.
Have students review/reflect on their experience by reviewing their notebooks and sharing their experiences with peers and adults
Have students start thinking about ways they can help - this will lead to their conservation project ideas
Return reusable name tags to the office or the next teacher using them
Complete the Post-Program Teacher Feedback Survey (Teacher feedback is extremely valuable, even if you were not able to complete the final Conservation Project)!
