The North Coastal Consortium Teacher Induction Program (NCC TRI) is an individualized job-embedded program focused on collaboration, mentorship, professional learning, reflection, and inquiry. We support the growth of all teachers hired in the North Coastal Consortium school districts to ensure that all students receive a high quality, equitable education.

What is NCC Teacher Induction?
The North Coastal Consortium Teaching Reflection and Induction program is a two-year California State Commission approved professional teacher induction program designed to provide job-embedded, individualized support and opportunities for eligible first and second-year teachers to complete California state requirements for attaining a clear credential at no cost to you when you are hired in one of our five districts.
