This page provides a directory of all schools that have access to SIMPL. In this view you can
Select any ESU in the dropdown to narrow the view
Select any School to view School Details for the current year, including
the number of servicces planned and services
the current number of service participants and ESU hours
the amount of dollars saved through Nebraska ESU Cooperative Purchasing
the School Service Plan for the current and upcoming program years
the distribution of service delivery types (location, format)
the amount of dollars saved by useing ESU services

Activity: A spreadsheet of activity logs submitted; Topic, Log Date and Service are sortable columns
Clicking the Title of the log entry will open the Activity Log
Clicking the Service of the log entry will open the ESU Service description page
Services: School Service Plan snapshot; the callout image allows the user to add a new activity log
Purchases: Nebraska ESUCC Cooperative Purchasing data for the previous year and general purchasing through ESU group buys
Implementation Objectives: The percentage of implementation objectives met each quarter
Contracted Staff: The Service, FTE and Description of ESU staff providing contracted support
Selecting Edit School will allow you to change CDN, address, phone number and the Active status.

This page allows users with the appropriate role to add a new service to the ESU Service Plan. This process is completed prior to Aug 1 for the following program year.
This page displays the total number of services, service hours and the distribution of delivery locations and formats, the top 10 services provided (by hours) and the FTE of staff contracted directly to member schools.
This is a static page with statewide information related to ESU time devoted to support the AQuESTT Tenets, including the number of service recipients and service hours per Tenet.

This allows ESUs and Schools to showcase the work that is being done, e.g., services planned and accessed, hours logged by delivery type, hours logged by service category, participants per month, etc.

This page displays all of the services and logs associated with the user. On this page users can 1) view current log entries, 2) edit current log entries, 3) add a new log entry, 4) update service usage.
This page includes a link to the statewide list of services and Implementation Objectives (MS Excel download) and a link to the local ESU's list of services and implementation objectives. An infographic summarizes the percentage of schools that have a service plans identifed and the percentage of schools that have accessed services.
This page displays activity logs that have been submitted. Users have the option of submitting or importing new activity logs.

As an ESU Administrator, you have the capability to search by:
Staff - anyone assigned to a service will be found in the dropdown menu
School - this will show a list of all services accessed by each individual school
This page summarizes planned services, accessed services, the Implementation Objectives "IOs" identified for each planned service and a summary of IOs met. Additionally, users can indicate in which quarter the IO was met and add comments. There is an article on how to record implementation objectives by clicking the blue question mark in the bottom right corner of the page.
This page displays purchases that have been submitted. Users have the option of importing new purchases.
This page displays the FTE of contracted services to school districts.
Clicking on the ABOUT tab provides the what and the why about SIMPL, specifically addressing that this process provides all Nebraskans with and understanding about the services that ESUs provide to Nebraska schools and the cost savings that result from
This page provides users with an opportunity to submit questions regarding any aspect of the SIMPL process.
The program year selection is located in the top right corner, next to the user name. The default view is the current program year. The program year runs August 1 to July 31.

The SIMPL contact person at the ESU assigns roles to new users:
No Role - the default role that is assigned to all staff who are added to SIMPL
ESU Administrator - the role for staff who are submitting activity logs
ESUCC Administrator - the role for those who manage data across all ESUs
Staff can be removed by selecting Edit and unchecking the Active box.
Login:
Click SSO LOG IN in the top right corner
Select your ESU from the dropdown menu
Enter your SSO username and password
Click Sign in
You are now in user view and your name appears in the top right corner
