Description: This report lists a directory of all services that the ESU has identified in SMART. This report includes options to edit the Service Plan, view Service Descriptions and Implementation Objectives and print.
Purpose: The Service Plan Report is a quick reference that can be shared with schools.

Description: This report is a matrix that indicates the services that are included on each school's Service Plan. Once a service has been accessed by a school, a white check mark appears. This report also includes an option to print.
Purpose: The Service Matrix Report is helpful for ESUs to monitor school access to the services that were identified during the school service planning meeting.
How to Access: Reports ▸ Service Matrix
Description: This report allows the user to select from a list of curated data sets to create a visualization with customized options. Data sets are continuing to be developed, so the options available will continue to expand. Visualizations are also automatically updated as logs are submitted.
Purpose: The visualizations provided in My Reports are helpful for department and team discussions as well as for presentations with specific stakeholder groups.

Description: This statewide infographic provides the number of ESU services provided, the number of hours logged in direct service to schools, the average number of onsite visits per school, a link to the ESU service matrix, cost savings to schools, the number of hours logged per service, and a statewide chart for the dollars saved per ESU through Cooperative Purchasing. The printable report includes a comparison between statewide and individual ESU data.
Purpose: The Service Implementation Report provides a snapshot of ESU utilization.

Description: This is a PDF that lists all services provided by the ESU, including their ESUCC number and Implementation Objectives.
Purpose: This service summary is helpful to share with SIMPL users and ESU boards.
