For students who have completed the formalities at ICA building and obtained their digital STP:
Change of Address
Under regulation 8(5)(b) of the Immigration Regulations, foreign students are required to report to ICA if there is a change in their local address within 14 days after the change of residence.
Students, with valid Singpass account, can access the e-Service to report change of address with their Singpass. If you are unable to update your residential address through the e-Service, please contact ICA for assistance.
Please also update your new address with ESSEC APAC Pre-arrival team at sg.pre-arrival@essec.edu.
Change of Passport
You are required to notify ICA if there is any change in your passport particulars within 14 days of the change.
You can report a change in passport via the e-Service.
You are required to:-
Upload an image of your new passport biodata page (with the new passport number) at the e-Service
Please also update your new passport copy with ESSEC APAC Pre-arrival team at sg.pre-arrival@essec.edu.
Change of Contact Information
Valid Student’s Pass (STP) holders can update their Singapore (SG) mobile number and/or email address using the e-service. This will enable students with valid STP to update their contact information to facilitate the retrieval of their digital STP via FileSG.
To facilitate the process, students can follow the steps below to update their contact details:
Select "Update Contact Information (Email Address/SG Mobile Number)"
Enter FIN and Date of Birth
Click [Next]
Select to update "Email Address" only, "Singapore Mobile Number" only, or "Email Address and Singapore Mobile Number"
Enter respective fields and click [Send] to send OTP to the Email Address declared
Click [Verify] to verify the email OTP and/or click [Verify] to verify the Singapore Mobile Number entered are the same
Click [Next]
Check the checkbox to agree to the declaration and click [Next]
Click [Next] to send the update of contact information request
