Dual management and steering committees

The ESSEC Chair of Change Management is leading by one of the chair professors, Jean-Marie Peretti, as well as an Executive Director, David Autissier. Jean-Marie Peretti is a Professor at ESSEC and one of the greatest specialists on Human Resources. David Autissier is an HDR Associate Professor at the IAE Gustave Eiffel of Paris-Est Créteil University, and also an expert in change management.

The ESSEC Chair of Change Management also has a scientific comittee comprised of researchers related to Change Management.

The research team

The ESSEC Chair of Change Management carries-out research projects jointly with the members of the Scientific comittee. A dedicated research team allows to sustain the scientific production. It is composed of fifteen associate researchers:

Governance

The strategy of the Chair is defined by the steering committee. The members of the committee are representatives of the ESSEC administration, the teaching faculty, as well as financing partners of the Chair.

The scientific comittee acts as a “think-tank” for the Chair. Composed of teachers, French and international practicioners who are also experts on philantropic matters, this comittee contributes to the deliberation of the Chair on current trends in the area. It also serves as a resource for the implementation and development of projects.
