It is both the leading player in health insurance in France and the leading national operator of healthcare and support services. This powerful group intends to become the benchmark player in the social and solidarity economy, effectively imagining and building the future of a new form of social protection, one that is increasingly supportive and resistant to solely-commercial rationale.

It pursues a dual aim :

2. With respect to all French people, it wishes to contribute to the renovation of our social protection system.
