Bukit Puchong Badminton Club League Championship 2018
Categories and participation rules and regulation / fee ( Standard Guideline reference only ):-
1.0 Eligibility
Each players is allowed to take part MAXIMUM 3 events, provided that the players has good stamina to play more matches in a day.
1.1 Amateur events
1.1.1 The events open to Malaysian only.
1.1.2 The events open to social players only. Any players who has trained under state BA, represented state BA in circuits and SUKMA, played in any BAM sanctioned tournaments, trained under BAM or represented Malaysia in any BWF tournaments are NOT allowed to take part.
1.2 Veteran event
1.2.1 The event opens to everyone above 30 years old . Ex-national age or 40 and above allowed to participate . Foreign players are allowed to take part.
2.0 Format
2.1 Standard BWF 21 point X 3 set format.
2.2 21points best of 3 games from beginning onwards
2.3 Min of 12 team or maximum of 24 team for all events.
2.4 The organiser reserves the right to amend games format or cancel the particular event if in the case that any categories not meeting the minimum entries set.
3.0 Rules and regulations
3.1 As the current BWF law of badminton.
3.2 The Referee shall be in overall charge of the tournament or event of which a match forms part.
3.3 The umpire, where appointed, shall be in charge of the match, the court and its immediate surroundings. The umpire shall report to the Referee.
3.4 An official’s decision shall be final on all points of fact for which that official is responsible except that if, in the opinion of the umpire, it is beyond reasonable doubt that a line judge has clearly made a wrong call, the umpire shall overrule the decision of the line judge.
3.5 All players have to report to the official desk on the first day of the tournament at least 30 minutes before the scheduled first game. IDs are compulsory for identification.
3.6 It shall be the responsibility of each player/ team to be in position on court at the scheduled time. If the player is not present 10 minutes after the official scheduled time a walkover will be given to the opponent.
3.7 In the event of any injury or open wound/ bleeding, the match shall be halted while the injury is tended to. A player will have 5 minutes time allocated for treatment. A wound should be suitably protected before the player resumes the play.
3.8 All protests and appeals on point of Law has to be carried out on the spot to the Umpire.
3.9. Each team captain will be briefed on the rules of games on every match where shuttlecocks fee will be shared equally by both team players on every round robin game. The courts for the tournaments will be paid and subsidy by the organizer of the event league.
4.0 Protest
4.1 All protests and appeals on players eligibility are to be made by 31-December 2108 together with the proof and evidence of the disagreement by email to info@bukitpuchongclub.com
5.0 Change of players
5.1 All change or replacement of players shall be done by 4-Jan-2018. No changes allowed if pass the above mentioned period.
6.0 Draw
6.1 The draw will be published on tournament pages at www.bukitpuchongclub.com on weekly basis.
6.2 All change or replacement of players shall be done by 4th January, 2018. No changes can be done after the announcement of the official draw.
6.3 All protests and objections on players eligibility are to be made by 4-Jan-2018 together with the proof and evidence of the objections by email to info@bukitpuchongclub.com
7.0 Registration
7.1 Closing date of entry: 9.00pm, 30th December 2017.
7.2 All players MUST submit their IC/Passport copy to the organizer,

8.1 Registration fees:
RM50 for singles, RM100 for doubles

9.0 Draw
9.1 The draw will be published on www.bukitpuchongclub.com on the 5-January-2018.
