The goal of this in person network is to foster collaboration and innovation among schools and partners to:
Equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in college, career, and life.
Highlight and implement industry-recognized credentials, pre-apprenticeships, and other career readiness programs.
Provide a platform for districts to learn from each other and from experts in key career sectors.
Support the continuous development of career pathways that meet local and regional workforce demands.

These Zoom sessions provide a space for districts to share updates, reflect on implementation, and learn from peers following the in-person Career Pathways Network meeting.
The focus is on:
Hearing what districts have done since the in-person meeting.
Featuring schools that have implemented new programs or sparked new ideas.
Supporting collaboration, networking, and problem-solving among participants.
These virtual sessions also directly support the Career Navigator’s initiatives, ensuring schools receive ongoing guidance and resources to move their work forward.
The goal is to keep momentum going by giving districts a platform to share progress, challenges, and strategies while receiving continued support from the network.
