College, Career, Workplace, and Military Readiness
The College, Career, Workplace, and Military Readiness (CCWMR) component of the Ohio School Report Card evaluates how well schools are preparing students for success after high school. This measure reflects whether graduates are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and credentials needed to pursue college, enter the workforce, enlist in the military, or engage in career training programs.
Schools and districts can use CCWMR data to refine academic programs, strengthen career pathways, and connect students with resources to help them achieve their postsecondary goals. Principals play a critical role in guiding this effort by fostering partnerships with businesses, colleges, and community organizations to expand student opportunities.
Below are resources to help build an understanding of the CCWMR component and to assist in tracking which students meet the various measures of this readiness indicator.
