School District Teaching Permits
Are you a district superintendent or principal needing emergency certification for a member of your district?
Region 14 ESC has the capability to process emergency permits online with the State Board for Educator Certification. A State Board for Educator Certification permit pertains to certified educators needing to pass an exam to add certification to their certificate. Please note, this permit is valid only in the issuing district for one-year, and is non-renewable.

Want to add certification by examination?
Teachers wanting to add certification by examination may do so by registering online. An e-mail address and valid credit card are necessary. To register online, logon here.
