Self-solicited refers to directly solicited by any DENR official or employee. It shall not include those invitations disseminated/processed by the DENR.
*All self-solicitation applications for such scholarship shall be forwarded to ERDB HRDC for clearance/evaluation prior to any further processing of documents and/or negotiations with the scholarship sponsor.
