The Administrative, Financial and Management Division (AFMD) Human Resource Development Section (HRDS) Training and Development Unit (TDU) acts as the Human Resource Development Committee (HRDC) Secretariat.
The Certificate Course in Financial Management is a Local Scholarship Program of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in partnership with the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). The Course aims to enhance/develop the employees' competencies on financial management, especially for employees who need a career change or new on financial management work and align previous educational background with the fundamentals of the same.
