The East Providence School Department is proud to offer "Health Matters", our comprehensive Employee Wellness Program through the Rhode Island Interlocal Risk Management Trust.
This wellness program is designed to support and promote the health, well-being, and overall quality of life for our staff. Through Health Matters, employees gain access to a wide variety of resources including wellness challenges, health education, fitness opportunities, nutrition guidance, stress management tools, and more.
Our goal is to empower employees to take proactive steps toward improving their physical and mental health—both in and out of the workplace. By participating in this program, you’ll not only enhance your own well-being but also contribute to creating a healthier, more vibrant school community.
