The East Bay Health Center is now open to all students and staff of the East Providence School District. Conveniently located across from East Providence High School in the 610 Waterman Avenue complex, the center provides comprehensive health care services through the East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP).
Services include primary care, wellness visits, behavioral health support for students, sports physicals, vaccinations, testing for flu, COVID, and strep, as well as care for acute illness, minor injuries, GYN services, and infectious disease screening and treatment. Walk-ins are welcome, though first-time patients are strongly encouraged to call ahead at 401-437-1008 to schedule an appointment. Health insurance will be billed for services, and a sliding fee scale is available for uninsured or underinsured patients. EBCAP works closely with your existing Primary Care Provider (PCP) or can serve as your PCP if you do not currently have one.
