We ship to all new hires, no matter your location! You will receive an email from pkginfo@ups.com with your equipment tracking details about 5 days before your start date. If it is not in your inbox or spam, please reach out to itsupport@entrata.com for assistance.
Provided Device
Some roles allow you a choice for computer type, others require a specific device type based on your job requirements. Below are instructions on how to login to your new Entrata provided device.
In your personal email inbox, find and open an email from okta-noreply@entrata.com.
Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't locate it initially.
This will include your temporary device login information.
If you don't see the email in your inbox or spam, please notify our team at onboarding@entrata.com.
Un-package and open your computer.
On the Mac login screen when prompted, please use provided Okta username (not email) and password emailed to your personal email from Okta to sign in to your computer (as seen above).
Your account will take a moment to be created
When a "FileVault" prompt pops up, please click "Yes"
After you have logged into your computer, open a web browser and visit the Okta dashboard at https://entrata.okta.com.
From here use the same provided default username and password to login to your dashboard.
Next, set up your required Okta account multifactor authentication and security questions/answers.
You will need to use the "Okta Verify" mobile application, available for both Android and Apple devices and scan the provided QR code from the app on your phone.
Additional security and recovery methods can be configured if desired.
Returning back to your browser, if needed type in entrata.okta.com again to log back into your Okta Dashboard.
After you are logged in, you should see your Name/Profile in the top right hand corner of the dashboard, click on your name to view a drop down menu.
Click on the “Settings” button.
Next, click the green button that says “Edit Profile”.
Look for the "Change Password" field and click "Change Password".
Okta will verify that it is you making these changes and will have you enter your current password and verify your login with Okta Verify before you can create a new password.
After verification is complete, you can now create and enter your new unique password in the boxes on the right side of the page, then click "Change Password".
After you have changed your password to your Okta account, you MUST click the Entrata "e" icon in the top right corner of your computer.
Click "Login" and enter your new Okta credentials to sync your password to your computer correctly.
After this has completed, please restart your computer and log back in.

After you've created your unique password, we want to sync it to your computer.
To allow this sync process, you will first need to connect to the VPN (Global Protect):
PC Users: The VPN is in the system tray or "^" on the bottom right corner. Click on the arrow (^) and select the grey Globe Icon (Global Protect).
Enter the portal address aws-vpn.entrata.com.
Click “Connect”.
An Okta login page should appear, sign in using your Okta credentials, followed by Okta Verify.
After you have connected, please stay connected for 15-30 minutes to allow your computer password to properly sync.
We will have our IT Service Desk Support team available for support 8:00am MT on your first day.
Additional tips and support will be provided to help kick off your carrer
