You have received an email from NoReply@us.sterlingcheck.app with information to complete your Sterling background check.
You have received an email from workforcenow.adp.com with access to register with our company code. The registration module takes about 30 minutes to complete. If you have worked at Entrata previously, you will be able to login to ADP, but will not be able to update information until your state date.
ADP will give you access to:
Time Clock
Payroll and Tax Information
Wellness & Benefits Enrollment
Company Policies & more
Complete this New Hire: IT Equipment Request Form to ensure we get your equipment sent to the right place, at the right time. We ship equipment to all new hires.
AND
Complete this New Hire: Introduction Form to introduce you to the Entrata team!
Equipment Shipping
We ship to all new hires, no matter your location! You will receive an email from UPS with your equipment tracking details about 5 days before your start date. If it is not in your inbox or spam, please reach out to itsupport@entrata.com for assistance.
A signature will be required for delivery to prevent equipment theft from your porch.
Okta and Computer Login
Okta is the single sign-on identity provider for Entrata.
Four days before your start date you will receive an email to your personal email account from Okta-NoReply@entrata.com
that includes your auto-generated login credentials.
Please have this information handy as it will be used during the New Hire IT Support Meeting Call at 8am.
I-9 Employment Eligibility Form
You will complete Section 2 of the form with a People Team Member as Section 1 was completed in your ADP Onboarding. If you have worked at Entrata previously, you will not be able to complete your I-9 Form until your start date.
You will see a brief 15 minute Google Meet call scheduled on your Entrata Calendar to complete this step.
