I am missing the "Welcome to ADP" email. What do I do?
Occasionally, this email will be filtered and end up in your spam folder or will not even make it to your inbox. If you still can't find it after checking your spam folder, please submit a question to get assistance from a People Team member.
Where is my registration code?
Your registration code will be found in the "Welcome to ADP" email from noreply@adp.com. That code will be the first code you enter once you visit workforcenow.adp.com and click create new account. Occasionally, this email will be filtered and end up in your spam folder or will not even make it to your inbox.

When can I enroll in Benefits?
You will be able to enroll in benefits in ADP starting on your first day. You will have 30 days to complete the enrollment.
How do I enroll in Benefits?
During your first 30 days window, you will enroll in benefits in ADP with these 2 critical steps:
Update Dependents & Beneficiaries: Myself > Personal Info > Dependents & Beneficiaries
Register: Myself > Benefits > Enrollments
Does Entrata offer 401k Match?
Yes, the company matches 37.5% up to the first 8% of your contribution.
Can I opt out of the 401K?
Yes. You will need to notify the Benefits Team that you do not wish to participate since every new hire is auto-enrolled.
I can't find the answers to my questions. Who can I talk to?
You can write down your questions to bring to New Hire Orientation. You may also join our dedicated #ask-us-benefits Slack channel during your first week, where you can find answers to a wide range of questions regarding your benefits.
**Before posting a new question in the channel, we kindly request that you search the channel's history to check if your question has already been addressed. This will help you find quick answers and prevent duplication of inquiries.
When will I receive my computer and equipment?
Your equipment will be sent directly to you based on the address you provided the recruiting team. The shipment of equipment should arrive between the Wednesday-Saturday prior to your start date and requires a signature for confirmation of delivery and prevention of theft. You should receive an email from UPS with tracking information for your equipment delivery. If you run into any issues, please reach out to itsupport@entrata.com for additional assistance.
What should be included in my equipment shipment?
Everything that you selected in the IT Equipment Request Form. You will receive a laptop that is shipped directly from our Headquarters enclosed in your new equipment kit. If you selected any monitors, these will ship along side your equipment kit box (up to 3 boxes total could be delivered based on selections).
Items in your new hire equipment kit may include any of the following, based on your selection:
A docking station
A headset
A mouse and keyboard
A web camera
Any cables or adapters that you may need
