Orientation Details

Day 1: Orientation

• On the morning of your start date, join virtual New Hire Orientation at 9:30am MT from your home desk or from your desk at the office if your new manager has indicated they would like you to come in on your first day. 

• If you are a Leasing Center Specialist, your New Hire Orientation & training will begin at 9am MT. Please refer to the schedule below and disregard the above bullet point. 

• Please join the IT Support call starting at 8:00am. We will help you work through any tech issues you are having. The calendar invite for this meeting will be sent to your personal & Entrata emails. This call is for Leasing Center and all other corporate roles. 

Day 1: Documentation

• You will complete Section 2 of the I-9 Form with a member of our People Team as Section 1 was completed as part of your onboarding documents in ADP.

• You will see a brief 15 minute Google Meet call scheduled on your calendar to complete this step.

• Prepare to provide your documentation on this call. If you are unsure what to provide, you may review a list of approved documents here.
