Weekly Update
Aloha, Swimmers!
Just practicing the local lingo for my upcoming vacation. :)
I am sending the weekly update a day early, as I head out of town tomorrow. I will be away for the next week, but since Coach Jack is once again taking over the reins while I am gone, we will not need to cancel any practices. Thank you, Coach Jack!
There are a few important updates in regard to practice schedule, dues, etc., so be sure to read below!

Practice Schedule Update
The Summer Practice Schedule will remain in effect through Tuesday, August 17th.
HOWEVER, as of Wednesday, August 18th, we will go back to our original schedule, as the second practices on M, W, and F, will all be offered from 8:15-9:30am:
M,W,F = 5:45-7:00am, 8:15-9:30am
T,Th = 5:45-7:00am
Sat = 6:30-7:45am
August Dues Payments
Just a heads-up that masters’ dues for the month of August will be charged to your accounts on September 1st, along with your September dues.
There was a mix-up with the kids’ team's dues, so your accounts were not charged as usual on August 1st.
So sorry for the inconvenience.
Upcoming Events
400 Fastest Pull for Sebastopol 2021 is offered during the month of August.
We have already had one swimmer get his time for this event today; let’s plan on participating as a team! If you complete the event on your own, please let Coach Chris know of your results.
2021 U.S. Masters Swimming 5K/10K ePostal National Championship is open until September 15.
2021 USMS LC National Championships, Geneva, OH, October 7-10, 2021.
Entries are already open for this meet! Let’s grow the size of our travel team and go have some fun!
