Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.
Assembled the prototype worked better than expected, requires very little friction
Finished all machined parts necessary for the first prototype
Tested the current design and started reiterating
Designed and CADed the ratcheted brake
Made adjustments just as changing the configuration of the bullnose
Accomplishments from Previous Week
Assembled and tested the prototype
Goals for Next Week (list names after each item). Use specific and measurable objectives.
Test with doctors (Team)
Finish assembling and testing the brake system as a ratchet (Ngoc and Aliya)
Finalize calculations for friction produced by the brake (Shenchang)
Reprint hub, collar, bullnose + add an additional roller to pull and stretch the tape at the beginning (Ngoc and Aliya)
Redesign and cut box using hinges for the side wall (Ngoc and Aliya)

Risks and Areas of Concern
The sticker has a natural concave up shape, so the sticker wants to go back on the carrier: it helps to compress it in between to plate, make the runaway longer and add an extra roller
Consider a conveyor belt?
Could manufacture it with an outer non sticky ring on the stickers
