Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.

• • We have machined our new home cage that has a bottom

  • We have machined a new PVC pipe

    • There are new concerns about the gap between the PVC and the adaptor

  • The Water Delivery System is working

    • We now need to run tests to set the motor to run a certain amount of steps with the push of a button

• • There is a gap in between the PVC tube and the adaptor

    • We need to clarify how much of a gap is ok

  • The PVC might be too easy to slide out and the rats can maybe escape

  • The lid gets in the way of the tube being able to slide in and out

    • We need to clarify what the process will be when the lab techs need to detach the chambers
