Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.

• • Testing of the dry paint thickness verification is being conducted, and adjustments are being made.

  • Motors move but still need to fix one bracket and then the connect the table to the slider.

  • Working on a method to turn the paint sprayer on and off reliably.

• • Suggested using water to test the sprayer before we start using paint, we liked this idea and will use it in the future

  • Concerned about the time the paint will take to dry, at Goodrich this won't be a problem because they have a way to speed up the process. If paint dry time poses a problem when testing at UCSD we use the heat lamp idea to dry faster!
