Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.

• • Comments were from a conference call done on 4-16. They asked us to buy simple straps for now and specialized straps later on, as well as to buy the programming control. Teradata also wants the straps to have some clearance for the varying door widths and for us to ensure there is no shifting of the cabinet during movement

• • They were concerned after the turning of the mover, brakes for the cabinet wheels, and fatigue of the platform

    • ØEnsure the platform and legs are strong enough

    • ØEnsure the linkage and bearings inside linkage function properly under full loading: analysis

    • Operation:

    • ØEnsure tipping is not a possibility by reducing acceleration / top speed of the unit : analysis

    • ØEnsure all clearance dimensions are met

    • ØEnsure cabinet is strapped in and secured: testing

    • ØEnsure cabinet is not scratched / damaged by unit: design
