A Safe place rooted in community for Adults on a healing journey
Healing is not linear. And you were never meant to walk it alone.
The Urban Healing Wellness Group is a weekly gathering space for adults who are ready to do the real work processing life, building healthy coping tools, and finding genuine community with people who understand the journey.
This is not a clinical program. It is not therapy. It is a table where real people have real conversations about real life held together by security, honesty, and the belief that community heals.
Who this is for: Adults in the Phoenix Metro Valley who are navigating stress, burnout, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply the weight of showing up every day without a village around them.
What this looks like:
Weekly group gatherings day and time coming soon
Raw conversation and reflection
Practical tools for emotional wellness and healthy coping
A consistent safe community of people walking similar paths
Guest speakers and facilitated discussions on relevant topics
Who leads this: Sessions are facilitated by Adriana Espinosa, a community leader committed to creating a space that is honest, safe, and grounded in faith.
How to join: Click below to express interest and we will be in touch with details on our next gathering.
An annual community gathering where gifts meet needs
The Village Table is not a networking event. It is not a charity dinner. It is a gathering of people who believe that every person has something to give — and that when those gifts are offered in service of others the whole community rises.
Each year we gather around a shared theme — health, life skills, arts, career, family — and invite community members to offer their gifts, skills, and talents in service of families who need them most.
Who this is for: Community members who have a skill, talent, or service they want to offer. And families in the East Valley who need access to those gifts.
What this includes:
An intimate annual dinner for community gift contributors
A Community Gift Registry — a living database of skills and services offered freely
Quarterly planning gatherings throughout the year
An annual Community Impact Day where all gifts come together to serve families for free
2026 Theme — Health and Wholeness Our inaugural year focuses on physical health, mental wellness, fitness, nutrition, and sports.
How to get involved: Invitations to the Village Table Dinner are personal and space is limited.
