Grace Guizar was born in Mexico, and made Arizona her home  and from the moment she planted roots here she poured herself into the people around her. She raised her children with the kind of quiet strength that does not make headlines but shapes generations. She was the mother who showed up. The neighbor who brought food before you asked. The friend who stayed when everyone else left. For 40 years she walked through life alongside her best friend Marcella Fierro — two women who understood that community was not something you waited for. It was something you built with your own hands and gave away freely.

John McDaniel is a man who knows what it means to come from somewhere hard and choose something different. Born and raised in Arizona, John has spent his life working in construction  building things with his hands, showing up with grit and discipline every single day. But it is not the work that defines John. It is the road he walked to get here. John has lived a chapter or two that he is not afraid to own. He knows what it feels like to make choices you regret, to sit in places you never imagined, and to have to rebuild from the ground up not just your circumstances but your character. That road gave him something most people cannot teach. He understands people in the middle of their worst chapter because he has survived a few of his own.

When Grace and John found each other they brought two entirely different stories into one shared purpose. She brought the grace she had always lived by. He brought the grit and the testimony of a man who had been transformed by it. Together they became the foundation that this family  and this organization  is built on.

John spent years as a youth mentor  sitting with young men who reminded him of himself, speaking truth into them without judgment, proving that where you start does not have to be where you end. Grace spent those same years doing what she had always done  loving people back to life one act of kindness at a time.

They are co-founders of Endless Fields of Grace not because it was planned but because it was inevitable. This is who they have always been. This organization simply gave it a name.
