A Family. A Faith. A Mission
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Endless Fields of Grace was not born in a boardroom. It was born in a family.
A mother named Grace who poured herself into everyone around her. Children who grew up watching her show up for neighbors, for strangers, for anyone who needed someone to believe in them. A legacy of compassion that was never just talked about. It was lived.
And beside her through all of it was Marcella Fierro. Her best friend of 40 years. A woman who was not just a friend to our family, she was family. A second mother in every sense of the word. Marcella believed in this mission before it had a name. She saw what this family carried and she poured her own faith and love into it right alongside Grace.
We lost Marcella during COVID. And that loss never left us.
Endless Fields of Grace carries her memory too. Every family we show up for. Every person we meet in crisis. Every act of grace extended to a stranger that is Marcella living on through this work.
When Chesare sat down with her mother and her sisters and said what if we built something that could extend this grace to our whole community the answer was immediate. Because this was not a new idea. This was who they had always been.
Endless Fields of Grace is that legacy made real. Built by a family. Rooted in faith
Carried forward in honor of the women who showed us what grace actually looks like
We serve individuals and families in Maricopa and Pinal County experiencing immediate crisis by going directly to them — delivering essential relief, navigating resources, and surrounding them with a community of care before they fall through the cracks of every other system.
A world where no individual or family faces crisis alone — where communities are so deeply connected that people are surrounded by support, resources, and dignity before hardship becomes devastation.
Faith — God is the foundation of everything we do.
Dignity — Every person we serve deserves to be treated with honor and respect.
Community — We believe in the power of the village.
Compassion — We show up with grace not judgment.
Restoration — We believe people can heal and rise.
Integrity — We do what we say and say what we mean.
