Chesare Espinosa is a nonprofit executive, community advocate and faith-driven leader with 16 years of experience building and leading organizations across nonprofit management, behavioral health and home care. She has served in executive director and operations leadership roles where she oversaw multi-department teams, managed complex budgets and developed programs that created real measurable impact in the communities she served.

But beyond the titles and the track record — Chesare is a woman who has always shown up for people. She grew up watching her mother Grace pour grace into everyone around her and that spirit of showing up never left her. It shaped how she leads, how she serves and ultimately why she built Endless Fields of Grace.

As the CEO and co-founder of Endless Fields of Grace Chesare brings her full professional expertise and her personal calling together in one place. She is not just running an organization — she is building a legacy. One rooted in faith, driven by purpose and dedicated to making sure every person in this community knows the village still exists and it will show up for them.

Chesare is also the founder of Aligned Purpose Group LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to serving mission-driven leaders and organizations, and the author of Purpose Over Panic  a 30-day faith-based devotional for fear and anxiety.

When she is not building organizations or showing up for her community you will find her cheering on her Arizona sports teams  a true and loyal fan through every season  or lost in a good book. She is a voracious reader drawn to leadership development, resilience and stories of people who refused to quit. Both passions reflect who she is at her core someone who believes in fighting for what you love and never stopping the pursuit of growth.

She is a mother of three, a woman of deep faith and someone who walked away from everything that did not align with her calling so she could build everything that does.
