My name is Bea Lopez, and I currently serve as the Chief of Staff at Endless Fields of Grace. For the past five years, I have led Christ-centered women’s ministries and have been honored to facilitate Mending the Soul classes twice a year, a therapeutic curriculum that combines Christian theology with psychological principles to help women heal from abuse, trauma, and deep emotional wounds.

Driven by a deep faith in Christ, I am a servant leader committed to helping others experience the love, grace, and healing power of God. I hold a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at El Paso.

For more than fifteen years, I have focused on supervising, developing, and motivating individuals within the criminal justice system, serving as a Probation Officer in Maricopa County and as a Program Supervisor within the Parole Division in Williamson County. Currently, I serve as a Child Protective Services Investigator, specializing in providing community-based services, resources, and guidance with the goal of keeping families intact whenever possible.

When I am not working, I enjoy serving at my local church, hiking, and spending quality time with my family.
