Career Exploration
Career Exploration is a process of self reflection, self evaluation and self discovery. Online self assessment tools can be a powerful tool for identifying student skills, values, and interests. This knowledge can help students plan for a satisfying career, however this is only one piece of the career exploration puzzle. This process also requires that students actively participate in learning about themselves by seeking real word activities in and out of their school community. Furthermore, conversations with the people who know them best are insightful when planning for a career.
