Theme: Grow in Empathy and self compassion                    Focus:  Self-Aware/Self Care

April is here!  What a great year it has been so far!  

This month we will be focusing on these areas:

• Forgiveness   It is important to learn how to forgive others but also to have self compassion with ourselves and forgive ourselves. 

• Self Awareness.  When we are aware on our self with actions and emotions we can empower ourselves.

• Self care!   Self care is important to all humans of all ages.  We will discuss what that looks like and how to do that.  

• HYGIENE   We will discuss not only how to take care of our self but also how to use a washer and dryer and other skills.

Its going to be a productive month!  Please find questions that you can implement these areas in your home.  Talk with your child and see what they feel and think about them.
