Taking a META - MOMENT helps us with conflict.
The first step is to pause! Notice your body. What is it doing.
2. Pause. When we pause we can Breath to regulate our body. We then can see and think more clearly.
3. SEE YOUR BEST SELF - identify what your best self looks like. How do you want other people to see you as? Make that list. You then can use that best self after you pause and ask yourself "HOW WILL MY BEST SELF HANDLE THIS SITUATION?"
4. Strategize and Act- Using your BEST SELF in mind how can you now stratigize and respond in a more helpful positive way to the situation.
