SSC HR Operations implemented PeopleAdmin Applicant Tracking System in 2019 to provide standardization in position management, talent acquisition, and applicant tracking services to the Virginia Community Colleges, including System Office and Shared Services Center. This system enables improved recruitment targeting and retention, supports compliance requirements, and increases the effectiveness of all talent management activities.
