Q: How do I reset my myGCC password?

You must contact The Student Technical Help Desk for help with passwords. They are available Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. You can contact them by phone at (540) 891-3077 or by submitting a support request.

Q: Where can I find my student ID number?

Click here to sign into myGCC. Click on the 'View my Information' tab at the top of the screen and your Student ID number is displayed as your EmplID.

Q: Where can I find information about the status of my Admissions or Financial Aid?

You can utilize the Student Services Support Center virtually to track your progress, chat with live support 24/7, or create a case/submit documents.
